🕒 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We ship all orders via Correios (Brazilian Postal Service). For the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia, deliveries are made by the company UPS

The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
🎁 Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
📍 Shipping Location
All products are shipped directly from our stock located in Brazil.
🔄 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can monitor the delivery status.
🚫 Delivery Attempts – Absent Recipient
Correios will make up to 3 delivery attempts to the provided address. If no one is available to receive the order after the third attempt, the package will be returned to our distribution center. In this case, the customer must contact our support team at support@vitaminsourceshop.com to arrange a new shipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or request a refund for the product value (excluding the initial shipping costs, if any).

While we work hard to ensure deliveries are made within the estimated time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or high demand periods may occasionally affect delivery times.
